Designed to evoke discipline in children

Daily Assembly

The kindergarten assembly begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. It starts with a prayer, followed by a pledge and a thought for the day. The children then recite a short rhyme and perform an action song. Each class takes turns conducting the assembly, ensuring active participation from all students.”. Various days of national and international importance are observed during class assemblies.

Meditation

To foster the values among students/teachers, we organise various programmes and activities. Value education classes are conducted for students along with the daily curriculum transaction. Special workshops and orientations are arranged for children as well as for parents. Daily reflections are given before the closing prayer to make students reflect on that day. Meditation sessions are organised on every Friday, with perfect silence and soothing music and words. During these sessions, light music is played, and children sit quietly with their eyes closed for 10 minutes. This practice helps promote calmness, focus, and mindfulness in young learners.

Tour

Learning takes place by observation, seeing places etc. We also arrange Tours/Picnics for educational and entertainment pursuits. The Tour Coordination Committee Coordinates the Tour/Picnic Programmes and takes children to various pre-planned spots of interest. This is done strictly on Parents’ consent.

Classroom Activities

We are well known for, various class activities, including action-filled rhymes, stories, indoor games, paper crafts, and colouring. These activities are designed to be engaging and motivational, encouraging children to explore and showcase their different talents. Through these activities, children are nurtured to develop creativity, motor skills, and self-expression.

Outdoor Activities

Outdoor activities include the effective time spent in the beautiful park with various play rides, and in the spacious playground. The children enjoy playing in this area, which helps them develop motor skills and promotes their physical health. Outdoor activities are an essential part of their overall growth and enjoyment.

CCA

Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) for the kindergarten are conducted weekly on Thursdays. Activities include Abacus, Western dance, Classical dance, and music. Faculty from outside the school, specialized in the field,   are invited to teach these activities, ensuring an all-round learning experience for the children.”
